1.Take at least a ten minute walk every day.
2.Look people in the eye and smile.
3.Another persons anger, especially a spouse or partner's, is not your fault whatever the provocation.
4.Don't boast.
5.Never give up on anybody.
6.Apologise when you are wrong.
7.Leave the first time your spouse or partner shows violence towards you, and don't return.
8.Try to be tidy - that way you will save time by knowing where you have put things.
9. Avoid sarcastic remarks.
10.Avoid domineering people whenever possible.

12.Neither a borrower or a lender be.
13.Never deprive others of hope; it might be all that they have.
14.When playing games with children, let them win sometimes.
15.Give people a second chance, (except in 7 above) but not a third.
16.Try not to fall out with your neighbours.
17.Try to be positive and enthusiastic about life.
18.Don't marry someone who has anger issues.
19.Don’t spend you life on the phone, laptop, PC, or playing e-games. Life is passing you by.
20.Be a good loser.
21.Be a good winner.
22.Don't tell others anything you want kept secret.
23.Hug the people you love.
24.Be modest.
25.Keep things simple.
26.Be careful when dealing with someone who has nothing to lose.
27.Don’t burn bridges.
28.Try to live your life so you will have no regrets.
29.When living with someone and life becomes intolerable, leave.
30.Tell those you love that you love them.
31.Acknowledge those who help you along life's way.
32.Don't have attitude, and show the respect you expect to be shown to you.
33.You can't please everyone, nor can you make everyone like you.
34.Once in a while, take a different route.
35.Keep a note pad and pencil on your bed-side table.
36.Show respect for everyone who works for a living.
